The Load-it ATV Loading System can be used to load up to two ATV’s across the width of a 6.5-foot or 8-foot truck box. Support legs and cross slats distribute the weight of the ATV’s to the bed of the truck, allowing the majority of storage space within the truck bed to remain available.

Construction Benefits

The Load-it ATV Loading System is manufactured out of 6061-T6 aluminum making it very light weight, very strong, very durable and rust free! All hardware is stainless steel only.

The 12-foot folding ramps make for safer loading of the ATV’s into the back of the truck and come in two styles: the standard 700 lb capacity or the heavy duty 1,100 lb capacity. For transporting, these ramps fold to a length of just 7-feet.

The cross slats of this loading system are individual assemblies. If one should become damaged it can easily be removed for repair or replacement.

Adjustable Size

With its unique patented extrusion, the Load-it ATV Loading System is adjustable to accommodate all ATV’s up to 108 inches in length and all wheel base dimensions. The legs supporting the weight of the ATV’s are also adjustable to fit every depth of truck box.

Side Loading

Using our ATV Loading System allows you to load and unload the ATV’s while driving in the forward direction as the ramps can be pinned from either side of the vehicle. Thus, you never have to back the ATV’s off of the truck while unloading.

Securely In Place

The Load-it ATV Loading System comes with four retaining locking bars that secure the ATV’s in place, eliminating extensive tie-downs. These locking bars are used as a positive stop and positioning tool when loading the ATV’s.

In conclusion, the Load-it ATV Loading System is highly valued because of its adjustability, allowing adaption to every truck and every ATV up to 108 inches in length.

Operation:

Starting with the loaded position on your vehicle, the boat is secured by 4 lines and is upside down with the bow forward. There are three rollers across the top of the vehicle, the front roller, pivot (rear) roller and power (middle) roller. The boat rests on the front and power roller. The power roller is driven by a Centre Drive Worm Gear Motor.

In the unloading operation, turning the power roller unties the boat. The power roller drives the boat rearward by friction between the roller and gunnels, until the boat balance point passes the roller. The bow will tilt up and the stern then drops gently by gravity, onto the rear pivot roller. As the Motor lines continue to unwind off the power roller, the boat will slide rearward and the bow will continue to rise. The stern of the boat is suspended by two rear suspension lines attached to the rear transom before it touches the ground.. Then the boat turns over, end for end, as the Motor lines continue to unwind. When the boat comes to rest, it is right side up. Disconnect the four rope clips and the boat is ready to be launched.

When loading operation is opposite, the Motor will wind up the lines, pulling the boat up and over, onto the top of the vehicle. As the boat reaches the forward position, it is automatically tied down and secured by two ropes at the bow and two ropes at the stern.

Features:

Rust Free Aluminum Structure.

All hardware is Stainless Steel Not Zinc Plated Steel.

Max lifting capacity of 400lbs.

Adjustable from 62” to 82” beam width.

Adjustable in length to load up to a 16 foot boat.

Powered by Center Drive Worm Gear Motor at the center of the loader, hidden under the boat at all times, protected from the elements.

Motor operated by our Wireless Remote Control System with back-up wired remote.

1900 lb. test hollow braid line for easy splicing.

Four ropes, automatically, tie down and secure the boat to the rack

Easy to take on & off for storage.

This Loader is specifically designed for Customer pulling a Fifth Wheel to have the boat over top of the cab of the truck.

Four major things accomplished:

Turns the boat over. Eliminates first flipping the boat upside down to lift it up.

Puts the boat on top. No lifting or pushing the boat up on the rack. Winch lines do all the work.

Ties the boat down. Line arrangement provides automatic tie down of both the bow and transom. Attach a safety line and you are ready to go!

Takes the boat off. By turning the Power Roller rearward the boat is automatically untied. You can place it right into the water, if one can drive to it.

Our Automatic Side Cargo Loading System is designed to load anything up to a maximum of 200lbs and up to a width of 65” on top of one’s vehicle. It is exceptionally helpful when loading Cargo onto high vehicles like Motor homes, Trailers, Fifth Wheels and Campers, where it is a two person job. Some popular applications are to load Kayak’s, Canoe’s, Pontoon Boats, Inflatable’s, Ladders, etc. (the applications are endless). This Loader is very versatile, as it is adjustable to be used to load many different products.

Constructed from aircraft grade aluminum the Loader is light weight, very strong and rust free. All moving parts of the Loader are maintenance free and require no lubrication.

How it Works

Two clips are attached to an aluminum tube (equalizing bar) are connected to a pair of eyelets (or loading straps) which are fastened to the side of the object or cage. When the loading button is pressed on the wireless remote the winch is energized lifting the object vertically until the equalizing bar comes in contact with the loading arms. If the ground is uneven or the load unparallel to the vehicle, the equalizing bar will compensate for any differences which may have occurred up to this point. Once both loading arms come in contact with the equalizing bar the power is transferred automatically to energize the two actuator motors which will rotate the arm assembly until they comes to rest horizontally on the main frame of the loader. When the unloading button is pressed the reverse action is accomplished automatically until the object is resting on the ground. Disconnect the clips and the object is free.

Tying down the Cargo is accomplished from the ground on the side of the vehicle the object was loaded from. Two lines fastened to the far side of the main frame of the loader are passed over the top of the object as it is midway up the side if the vehicle when loading. As the object continues loading and then is finally resting on top of the vehicle, these lines are then hanging down along the side of the vehicle. Fasten the lines to the main frame eye bolts of the loader on low vehicles. On high vehicles such as campers or motor homes, two eye bolts are fastened to the side of the vehicle for the tying off of the two safety lines. There is no need to climb on top of the vehicle to secure the object.

Tying down the Cargo is accomplished from the ground on the side of the vehicle the object was loaded from. Two lines fastened to the end of the Loading Arms of the loader are passed over the top of the object as it is midway up the side of the vehicle when loading. As the object continues loading and then is finally resting on top of the vehicle, these lines are then hanging down along the side of the vehicle. Fasten the lines to side of the loader on low vehicles. On high vehicles such as campers or motor homes, there is no need to get up on top of the vehicle to tie it down, just tie off the securing line to the side of the vehicle.

Installation

The Loader in a box supplied with an assembly manual. Most people can assemble in one day. The Loader needs a Rack to mount on to.
