Over the Cab/Truck Rail UTV Loader System

Now you can load your UTV, up to 2000 lbs. Front tires up over the cab of your truck, rear tires on the rails of your truck, thus allowing you to tow your camper trailer! This System is easily adaptable to fit any pickup box length.

This System can be adjusted to place your UTV as far forward as necessary to allow you to tow your camper trailer or any other Trailer. We have two options for ramps:

Option 1: 12’ Tri-Section Ramps, which work very well with Truck boxes less than 8’ long. Storage size 54” L x 14” W x 16” H.

Option 2: 12’ Folding Ramps fold to 7.5 feet long, which can be conveniently stored in your truck bed.The unique design distributes the weight into the bed of the pickup rather than just on the rails of your truck and leaves room under your UTV for storage. This is especially helpful when you have more gear than space inside your pickup. The 12-foot folding ramps make loading safe and easy!

How It Works

  1. Unfold the 12-foot ramps and secure them in the places provided.
  2. Line-up the Front Wheels of the UTV with the Ramps.
  3. Place UTV in Four Wheel Drive Low, then drive, slowly, your UTV up onto the Truck.
  4. Once in the Loaded Position secure by using Tire Bonnets to secure the driver front tire & passenger rear tire.
  5. Now secure UTV, in two places to the bed of the Truck

 Installation

Your new Over the Cab/Truck Rail UTV Loading System comes in boxes supplied with all the necessary parts for assembly as well as an easy to use manual. Common assembly time is about a day.
